My pregnancy with Stella was filled with a whirlwind of emotions: the excitement of expecting a baby again, the anxiety of carrying another pregnancy to term, the overwhelming grief of our loss, and the guilt of feeling joy for our new blessing. With all the extra doctor visits and being labeled high-risk, most of my pregnancy felt daunting and heavy.

As I entered my third trimester—around the time we had lost our son—I knew I needed to make a shift. I wanted to focus on positivity and avoid the intrusive thoughts that were creeping in. That’s when I started buying baby things for Stella. Picking out gear, clothes, and nursery essentials brought me so much joy and gave me the uplifting distraction I desperately needed. I realized then, this is what I wanted to feel all the time: joy, excitement, and hope.

And that’s how Stella Moon Co. was born.

I wanted to create a brand that allowed me to live in the beautiful world of baby things—a world that had brought me so much comfort and healing. Since then, I’ve loved every moment of picking out products for my daughter and building this brand. I want to share that same joy and excitement with other moms, knowing how special it is to prepare for your little one.
